This condition is caused really by any type of shoes but is mostly caused by overuse of the feet usually from work or exercise you can wear anything from sandals to Jimmy Choos and Manolos and get this condition. The Plantar Fascia is basically the shock absorber for the bottom of the feet and if this is off you will notice it this pain can be from the heel to base of the toes but is mainly concentrated in the heel and arch areas of the feet. This is also the other area of the foot that gets shots usually cortisone when these are done.
Plantar fasciitis is a serious condition and I treated it seriously and aggressively I use the all natural formula I have and when I do the manipulation in this area I usually do it very deeply usually using my fist I stretch out the arch and manipulate the attachment of the plantar fascia into the heel. I have a lot of experience in repairing this condition and dealing with heel and arch pain whether you're serving at a restaurant or wearing heels at a trade or auto show and anywhere in between this and Morton's Neuroma are the most common foot problems that cause pain!
GREAT NEWS I have EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE in repairing this part of the foot and making it function properly and pain free and work on all parts of the plantar fascia in the heel and arch to reverse the strain on your ankles heels arches and toes (Plantar Fasciitis effects the balance of the foot very severely if it's not acting right). If you want to your feet and ankles to perform well the plantar fascia is probably one of the most important pieces to that puzzle and I concentrate a lot of effort in that area to renew the shock absorbers of the feet and lower half of the body. Flat feet is usually hereditary however severe overuse of the feet will also cause the arch to flatten out as the feet swell up from working. This condition is particularly painful as it limits the flexibility in your arch and ankle and causes pronation of the ankle which is shown above which causes much strain on the ankles and really your knees too actually. Flat feet by heredity I can work on rebuiding the arch I've had good results, rebuilding an arch that has fallen is easier because those muscles at one time were engaged the arch collapsed due to stress and overuse.
I do a very deep arch stretch and pretty much treat this services similarly to the Plantar Fasciitis Arch Strain Repair to the left. Whether you have permanent flat feet or a temporarily collapsed fallen arch I can work to rebuild the arch the severity of the problem will dictate follow up visits however even after the first visit the pain level should be greatly reduced and arch function should be increased.
GOOD NEWS I can usually repair fallen arches rather easily as they usually only fall due to increased stress in the foot ie. running or working long hours standing. Flat feet I can rebuild an arch I usually suggest a few visits to get that process going. Either case I should be able to greatly diminish and eliminate pain and repair arch function I usually suggest wearing an orthotic device too to keep the arch engaged during this service and if it's a chronic problem it is helpful however it helps more when I readjust the foot and arch to a correct position and then wear the orthotic you'll get better results. My work and my all natural formula will definitely reengage the arch structure and make the foot and ankle function more optimally!

Midfoot injury also known as Lisfranc Fracture is basically an injury that is most common for either ladies that wear very high heels ballet dancers and exotic dancers generally it either involves broken bones or severe strain of the structure in the front side of the ankle and the top side of the foot and it results from ankle strain in order to keep upright in high heels stripper shoes or pointe shoes and that strain of the top of the ankle causes massive damage to the ankle joint and it effects everything from the ankle joint into the toes and can effect the way the metatarsals point the toes further down the foot, also midfoot injury complicates Plantar Fasciitis and arch strain as it causes the bottom of the foot to work harder to keep the foot on balance.
I've worked on these injuries for many years and what's interesting is most people that get these injuries seem to have sprained or severely rolled their ankles in the past and for whatever reason didn't feel it was necessary to get medical treatment. You can walk through this injury and just think it's just consequences from a past sprained ankle usually these don't heal well so that's why I included repair of formerly sprained ankles on this tab, these are on a case by case basis as to how much I can do but I've had success restoring mobility and reducing pain in the ankles (where this is felt is in the ankle but it effects the structure of the foot and ankle greatly) if you have a prominent bump on top of the foot near the ankle or you have metatarsals that cause the toes to curl in a certain direction it's usually due to Lisfranc/Midfoot Injury.
GOOD NEWS I can usually make this condition better, in most cases the damage is already done and has been for a long time and creeps back up as ankle stiffness usually but I've trace stiff toes all the way back to the midfoot. I can't completely guarantee success in this but I probably will do the best at repairing this outside of surgical means. MIDFOOT IS A VERY HARD INJURY TO WORK ON I HAVE EXPERIENCE IN WORKING ON THESE INJURIES they can be quite complex usually I can repair the ankle joint which is usually damaged from this and reengage and realign the ankle because this injury many times puts the ankle way off in aligment. podiatrist foot massage Brighton Birmingham Plymouth
